This website is operated by [Paw Patch Supply], trading as Paw Patch Supply Co. ("we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or other providers shown there. We do not store your card details.

3. Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns and refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

4. Products and pet safety

Product descriptions and photos are provided in good faith, but colours, sizes and packaging can vary slightly. Always supervise your pet with new products, check size and fit before use, and stop using a product if it is damaged. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice or treatment.

5. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of USA.
